In fact, there is an option to automatically create a new user folder using the user account name, so that the "Home Folder" field isn't even an option when creating and managing users. On the "Network Settings" window, flip to the "Remote Admin" tab and then the "Web Browser" sub-tab to configure Web-based user account management. Choose "Always Create User-Specific Home Folder" to have Rumpus automatically assign and create home folders for new users.
