[Rumpus-talk] Location of Drop shipped files?

I was wondering where the drop shipped files are actually stored. 
In the log I can see the  path of where they were uploaded to, but when I look at the corresponding folders I don't see the files. 
( I wanted to delete the file, since the user was repeatedly downloading it)

Is this simply a permissions issue or some "feature" of the drop ship capability? :-)
