[Rumpus-talk] filewatch dropship notification

Hi Guys,

I think i found a bug in FileWatch. If i dropship a file to someone,
i'm not getting a notification when the file has been downloaded.
If i dropshop a file using the webinterface, the notification is 
working perfectly. I tried using real accounts as wel as the general
access account but nothing seems to work.
