[Rumpus-talk] moving rumpus to new server and IP

If you are using SSL (stunnel), you should manually move over the stunnel .conf file.

I moved Rumpus to new hardware a week ago and I had to manually move that file, to get going again (I also moved the "normal" settings and user accounts per the FAQ).
