2)      Leadership only wants one person working on a document at a time.  May I “check out” a document and if I have it checked out, would the next person who tried to check it out receive a message that it was not available?  We were discussing that if Person 1 downloaded a document, and Person 2 downloaded the same document, then Person 1 uploaded and Person 2 uploaded, we would lose Person 1’s changes.
