[Rumpus-talk] Making directories invisible without changing names

Our PUB folder is used by Rumpus and a PHP index engine, where people can come in via HTML or Rumpus.
I'd like to make Anonymous login see the PUB folder but not the PHP indexes or associated directories. Obliviously adding a leading "." will make files invisible but that breaks the PHP, and we are not going to re-write code to accommodate Rumpus. I don't want them to see "Index.php" "hidden_files" "config.php" or "AutoIndex.config.php," etc.
I have folder sets defined (just wish they'd be invisible) and the Anonymous user can't get to the contents but I wish to see individual files be invisible or unaccessible.
