In order to send an e-mail to the original sender, Rumpus has to know,  
somehow, who the original sender was.  If users don't identify  
themselves, there's no way for Rumpus to send them a pick up notice.

The solution is simple... Give each user their own login, with the e- 
mail address set correctly for each account.  To allow them all to  
manage content in the same folder, just set the Home Folder for each  
account to the same folder.

This has additional benefits, as well.  Most notably, it's more  
secure, because you'll be able tell who did what by looking at the log  
files, should that become an issue.  If users share a name/password,  
you have no way to track user activity individually.
