A "picked up notice" can be set on the "Uploads" tab of the Web  
Settings window.  Choose a notice for the picked up notice, and the  
sender will automatically receive an e-mail when the user performs the  
download.  Rumpus automatically addresses the notice to the sender's e- 
mail address, as specified on the "Define Users" window.
