[Rumpus-talk] Rumpus 6.1.3

A maintenance release, Rumpus 6.1.3, is now available.  The issues  
addressed effect only a few people, and no widespread or serious  
problems are corrected in this version.  The primary reason for this  
build is to clean up a few loose ends for those that might choose not  
to move on to version 6.2, which is expected in November.

With that said, if you are experiencing on of the issues described  
below, the new Rumpus 6.1.3 package can be downloaded from the usual  
Maxum downloads page:

Rumpus 6.1.3

Corrected a problem that caused certain types of drop shipments sent  
via FileWatch to fail.

The drop boxes (blind uploads) in the "Boxes" appearance now work  
correctly.

URL sanitization (encoding of potentially troublesome characters sent  
in URLs) has been extended to include a few extra characters.

Use of HTTP basic authentication is now disabled in all cases.
