[Rumpus-talk] Rumpus 6.2 beta - Sender Request email notification

Notices can be sent when a File Request file is uploaded.  The  
settings needed are...

If necessary, create an Event Notice to be used to send the  
notification.

Choose the notice as the "Upload Notice" in the "File Requests" box.

Make sure the requester's e-mail address is entered for their user  
account on the Define Users window.
