Another idea to handle this problem: each UploadRequest becomes an  
individual ID. The email notification should contain this ID. The  
uploaded files can be saved in a subdirectory whose name is equal to  
this ID (with additional date/timestamp). So it is no problem to find  
the associated files and it is unmistakeable. Just my 10 cent to this  
topic.
I'm just doing it this way a long time ago for all our uploads with  
the help of scripting events and it is time-tested and it works  
perfectly. No confusion about uploaded files anymore...
Additional for the use of all co-workers i'm creating a selfmade  
searchable html-logfile that contains any upload. So everyone is  
informed...
