[Rumpus-talk] Different themes for different folders...

Just got a call from our Governor's office.  We are providing a small service to them so they may have some rather large video files available to the media, FOR FREE.
Since it's our site, we have our logo and information plastered all over the Web interface.

They want their own logo and theme, For Free.  Is there a way to have a theme set for a Folder and subsets?  I understand we can do a domain name theme change but it will be difficult to get a name added through the DNS in a timely manner.
