I haven't seen this one before... Can you send the server address and  
a test name and password, so I can take a look.

Yeah... The "Commented" appearance is just the Default appearance with  
HTML comments, so I wait and update it when the Default appearance is  
set in stone for the release.  Just use the "Default" appearance,  
which is identical.

The 3 major appearances: default, modern and boxes should all work as  
expected with all new features.

> 3) I get an error message when sending authenticated emails through  
> our Kerio mailserver
> 	- I think it is a CRAM-MD5 error (kerio may not support this)

Send the error message you get when you click the "Test Notice" button  
on the Event Notice window to "support at maxum.com" and we can look into  
it.

> 4) (minor) The Modern theme is left aligned instead of center aligned
