[Rumpus-talk] how to set the DROP_SHIP_URL

I like the new interface but don't see a way to manage the settings  
that make up the variable DROP_SHIP_URL.

I need it to use either:

- (the standard port I have set for Rumpus) http://fm.softwiredsys.com:8000/ 
...

or

- (the STunnel port)  https://secure.softwiredsys.com:4443/...

What I'm getting instead is:

- http://www.softwiredsys.com/...

I'm probably overlooking where to set this so please help.
