Downloaded and installed the latest version, everything is just fine...

Curious -what is the timing for e-mail notifications?  I have a folder that I'm watching and have an event set so that all downloads send me a message.  Seems to take quite a bit of time to get a notification.  I'm guessing it's set for every 30 minutes?
