Is WebSTART a web based software as well? It's been a long time since
I heard that name, so not familiar with it anymore:)
In Rumpus > Setup you can click on FTP and change the default port
number for FTP access. However, you could also be having a conflict
with your Web Server port, which can be changed on Web Settings and
Options area. Choose an additional number your IT team knows is not in
conflict. As is usual, you should avoid the set of commonly used ports
for software on your network http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TCP_and_UDP_port_numbers
