[Rumpus-talk] Rumpus won't start at restart

Sorry, does not start.  Clicked many times.  Restarted server 3 times, usually takes care of it but this version, no joy.

Says port in use.  Don't have FTP ON either via Preferences or Server admin (Mac OS 10.4.11 Server)
Running WebSTAR, no option to turn WEBSTAR FTP on or off, no ports configured....
