[Rumpus-talk] Rumpus won't start at restart

In Rumpus 6.1, using the Start/Stop button to start and stop the  
Rumpus service automatically creates the necessary startup script.  In  
other words, if you click "Start Rumpus", it'll run, even through a  
restart of the system.
