[Rumpus-talk] Users viewable through the app, not the web

Good afternoon folks,
We have a handful of users who are manageable through the desktop  
application... but not the web app. At the moment, I do not see any  
differences between these users and our viewable users. Has anyone  
experienced this before? Know if there are restrictions on usernames  
or permissions that could repeat this issue? Thank you!
