[Rumpus-talk] Rumpus 6.1 FC 3

Hi Folks,

Rumpus 6.1 FC 3 is now available:

All known problems have been resolved in this release, and barring  
problems, the final Rumpus 6.1 build will be virtually identical to  
this one and released next week.

As always, this is considered "pre-release" software, but at this  
point I would recommend 6.1 FC 3 for anyone that has had stability  
problems with any earlier Rumpus 6.0 or 6.1 build, or that is  
interested in supporting clients that use extended (non-US ASCII)  
characters.  In other words, 6.1 FC 3 should be more stable and offer  
better extended character support than any previous Rumpus 6 release.   
Of course, if problems are found, they'll be addressed very quickly.
